Service providers
PointCraft uses these providers to run the PointCraft app:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, application servers and storage for project files (point clouds, panoramas, extracted features). Project files are stored with the location hint Eastern North America, which is best effort, so files may be stored in the United States.
- Supabase: sign-in and the project database (accounts, roles, memberships, access expiry, audit log). Hosted in Canada (Central).
- Resend: email that the app sends, such as sign-in links and invitations.
Street maps in the viewer
When you allow the street map in the viewer, map tiles load directly from OpenStreetMap’s servers. They receive your IP address and the map area you are viewing.
